System Introduction

The HY-700P intelligent power distribution system is a new generation main station system independently developed by Heyuan Intelligent Company, aimed at urban rail transit and smart park dispatch centers. The HY-700P intelligent distribution system follows the IEC61970/61968 technical standard and is based on the UNIX/LINUX/WINDOWS hybrid platform. It supports various relational commercial databases such as Oracle, SQL server, and DB2, and adopts an open, distributed system and layered C/S architecture to achieve normal operation of the distribution system and monitoring, protection, control, and distribution management in case of accidents, ensuring that the distribution lines are always in a safe, reliable, high-quality, economical, and efficient optimal operating state.

System software architecture



The application software of the system consists of two main parts: the support platform and the functional application software module. The supporting platform includes a front-end processor, network communication module, distributed real-time database, historical database, graphics management software, report management system, etc. Functional application software includes data collection and monitoring(SCADA services, power line automation, web services, etc.

1. SCADA real-time acquisition function
Real time information collection and processing of power grid (voltage, current, active energy, switch status, etc.); Powerful graphical management interface: power grid wiring diagram, substation primary main wiring diagram, real-time reports, etc.


2. Front end communication function
The front-end communication service mainly performs initial debugging on the equipment. The front-end service monitoring can view the original data, communication messages, telemetry data, telemetry information, channel status, and terminal operation status of the equipment.


3. Database editing function
The database editing software mainly establishes the power grid, partition table, analog quantity, state quantity, system operation parameters in the early stage of software construction. 4. 5. Drawing management software

The system provides a means for interactively defining various formats of reports, and should have flexible report processing functions that can perform various mathematical operations on tables. The calculation formulas can be set and modified online; Report data can be modified on the report.


7. Diagnostic function
The device has complete fault tolerance, self diagnosis, and self recovery functions, and should be able to achieve online real-time self inspection for important equipment and functions.


8. User management function
Set different password levels for operation and management personnel with different permissions to open up different system resources. The system functions that are open at different password levels are determined by user requirements. The system has three or more password levels: operator, application software maintenance engineer, and system software programming engineer.


9. Historical trend recording function
The system has sufficient capacity for storing historical data, with a storage time of no less than 1 year for semaphore and no less than 1 month for display of measured values. Accident recollection can be conducted through trend curves, and historical data can also be displayed in the form of reports.
